Die etwas andere traditionelle Küche
What I liked:
Chef und Chef de Cuisine ist ein engagierter Einheimischer, der viele Jahre im Ausland war und unter anderem in Deutschland Koch lernte. Die Speisen sind aus der traditionellen Küche des Landes mit neuen Ideen. Wir waren zu viert am Abend und alles begeistert. Besonders das Lamm im Teigmantel war hervorragend. Die Weine (gerne auch mit Empfehlung des Chef) sehr gut.
Alles etwas abseits des Rummels, aber fußläufig rasch zu erreichen.
