Very close to D-Marin Borik, there is a well-stocked supermarket and a small kiosk. More shopping amenities for larger provisions are available in Zadar. A bus runs regularly to the centre of the historic centre from the marina. In and around this area, there are several supermarkets, bakeries, and butcher's shops. Nearby marina there are two beaches – Borik and Vitrenjak.

Throughout the day, it collects the energy of the Sun and transforms it into the electricity, which is then used by and around the installation throughout the night) and Sea Organ - a unique blend of architecture and music. The sounds that the Sea Organ produces are a result of the release of sea energy, or rather waves and tides.
