The little harbour offers good protection from all winds, though gusts from NW appear. On prolonged Meltemi the entrance might be dangerous.
Yachts can go stern-to the north or south quay. The bottom consists of mud, sand and rocks, good holding. Water and electricity are available. Fuel can be delivered by tanker.
Many visitors rent a scooter to visit the volcano carater, the kastelo (castle) and the peacefull cities on the tiny island.
