Restaurant Opat on the island Kornat is famous especially because of its starters. Ante (Dupin) and his team serve traditional and innovative fish specialties like as fish pate, salted anchovies and tuna Carpaccio, plus locally-grown olives preserved in seawater, and cake made from carob. Restaurant Opat has it´s own jetty with mooring lines. Good protection except on strong south winds. Water and power are fee based.
The whole complex is well-kept.
