Preveza

The town port and the marina are located north of Preveza Strait and can only be reached through a narrow fairway. The place has blossomed in to a small pretty tourist town in the last few years and is worth visiting. A pretty pedestrian street with numerous restaurants and bars runs along the town quay so should you moor here you need not fear any noise from loud cars or scooters. In summer people party until late in the night, therefore the background noise can get quite loud. Let out a lot of chain and keep far enough away from the quay because of the ship traffic and the swell. There are fixed mooring points on land. Shopping amenities in Preveza are good.
