Restaurant Siapros is opened since 2009 and located right at the sea near the area of Santa Maria. They mostly use local ingredients and fresh seafood of the island and cook them in a traditional way.

What I liked:
Zum Glück waren wir erst abends hier essen und konnten so zum sowieso schon "perfekten Dinner" auch noch einen malerischen Sonnenuntergang genießen.
