Joseph

The speciality of Konoba Joseph in Polace is - besides fresh fish and seafood - the traditional Peka. This is a famous Dalmatian dish of vegetables and meat or seafood—lamb and octopus are favourites, ingredients are placed in a covered pan and roasted in the embers of an open fire. They offer a rich gastronomic variety, fresh fish, grilled lobster, pasta, home grown fruits and vegetables, healthy food and home produced olive oil and an homemade wine. In front of the Konoba Joseph are some berths which are free of charge for guests of the Konoba.
