Monthly berth

Monthly berth allows boat owners to secure a mooring space in a marina for a duration of one month. In most marinas, the monthly berth period begins on any day within the month and extends for 30 days. Monthly berths can be found either in the water or on land (dry berth).

Summer / Winter berth

Seasonal berths are reserved specifically for summer or winter periods usually in a duration of 6 months. A summer berth is typically used during the active sailing season while a winter berth provides a safe space during colder months when a boat is less active. Both options can include a combination of dry berths (on land) and wet berths (in the water), depending on the marina's facilities and the owner's preferences.

Yearly berth

The yearly berth is an agreement where a boat is assigned a dedicated space in the marina for an entire year. In many marinas, the yearly period is not a calendar year but calculated from April 1st to March 31st. However, in other marinas, yearly contracts can be initiated at any time of the year, depending on individual policies.

Dry berth

A dry berth refers to a location where a ship or boat is stored out of the water, usually in a dry dock or on land. It keeps the vessel safe from the elements, prevents damage from water exposure, and allows for maintenance or repairs to be done.

Wet berth

A wet berth is a docking space where a ship or boat is moored in the water. It allows the vessel to remain afloat while docked, typically in a harbor, marina, or port, for loading, unloading, or maintenance.
