New Marina Frapa in Dubrovnik has been officially opened since the beginning of June 2019. The marina is next to the Orsan Yacht Club opposite the landing pier for the big passenger ships. er yachts can also berth alongside the head of the jetties. All berths are equipped with mooring lines, electricity and water.

The individual jetties are like arcades handed over by shady roofs, which sometimes protect also from rain. As one of the first marinas in the Mediterranean outside of Turkey, the marina has a modern extraction station for blach water tanks. By means of a hose, yachts can vacuum their sewage tank at any place and thus protect the sea from burdens. In addition to waste separation (glass, plastic, paper) Marina Frapa also has a collection point for batteries and medicines. Laundry and, if necessary, repair services are provided by external companies.

The light-flooded reception of Marina Frapa Dubrovnik is open during the season from 07:00 to 23:00. Shorter in winter. In about 400 meters from the marina there is a Pemo mini market and a well-stocked Tommy supermarket can be reached in about 900 meters. An Ina fuel station is located directly in front of the marina. However, the gas station is more suitable for smaller yachts up to about 10 meters in length. Larger yachts can drive up the canal to Komolac, where the nearest gas station is located.

The modern and stylishly equipped sanitary facilities are located next to the reception. On the roof terrace, which is shaded in the summer with awnings, there is a swimming pool and a lounge bar. From here you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the harbor with the ocean liners. The pool area is also available for transit guests.

Although there are several good restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the marina, the marina has its own restaurant with a show kitchen and an open view over the area. Here delicacies from the Mediterranean and Italian cuisine are offered. Selected wines and selected spirits complete the offer.

If you come to the marina Frapa Dubrovnik, you will certainly be drawn to the historic old town of Dubrovnik. A taxi needs about 5 minutes after traffic and cost less than 10 euros. A bus stops near the Marina Frapa and takes about 10-15 minutes. If you want to be a bit sportier on the road, you can walk about 20 minutes on foot. Markers embedded in the ground indicate the way and the remaining meters to the old town.

Those looking for a change to the berth will find good 4 stars hotels opposite the marina with large beds and a view of the boat.

With the new Marina Frapa, Dubrovnik is now receiving a second marina, further expanding its nautical destination.
