The planned date of Syros Marina is only a skeleton. The marina has never progressed beyond the state of shell and will probably never be built, according to locals.

Most places are now used by locals (fishermen), every now and then one sees a yacht there. There are no service facilities. The environment is dusty and not very attractive.

Marina never was completed, the facilities are not in use. But berths are usually free of charge and the shelter is good. Watch out for the depth.

Versorgung ist hier nicht schlecht: großer Supermarkt in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Bäcker ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, am Samstag findet auch ein kleiner Gemüsemarkt mit lokalem Angebot beim Supermarkt statt.

Hafen ist über Rohbau nicht hinaus gekommen und verkommt mittlerweile. Die Plätze sind meist von lokalen Booten belegt, manchmal ist aber auch was frei. Aber die Tiefen sind sehr unterschiedlich.
