Buoy field Lovišće, Šćedro

In Lovišće Bay on the island of Šćedro there is a large buoy field with over 40 buoys in the three fingers of the bay. The operator of the buoy field is a company called "Friends of Šćedro". And in fact, the concession is in the hands of a group of residents of the island. The bay offers good shelter except during strong north winds. The water is wonderfully clear and shimmers in the most beautiful shades of blue. There are three different Konobas in the bay, so there should be something for everyone. Since Lovišće Bay is very popular with sailors and motor boaters alike, and many stay here for several days at a time, a reservation is highly advisable.
