rship intends to resume this tradition with high-prestige powerboat constructions, involving its guests in an experience rich in history and charm.
Marina Santelena has 99 moorings on floating docks, from which there is a unique view of island contours and colors that testify to the beauty and history of the Venetian lagoon. Constructed so as to be sheltered from the Bora and Tramontana, the dock ensures calm waters even when the Scirocco blows and offers protection from the wave motion produced by the passage of motor boats.
The onshore services provided by the project make Marina Santelena a modern and elegant setting, perfectly inserted in the historic landscape of Venice. Amenities include a port management office, dock lighting, watchmen, a restaurant, a bar, toilets and showers, garbage collection, and mooring service. The berths are equipped with water outlets, electrical outlets, and a fire-fighting system. They are also set up to accommodate people with disabilities and offer weather forecasts, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour secured parking.
In addition, Marina Santelena plans to build storage facilities, stores, a beauty farm, and do-it-yourself spaces, creating an exclusive and refined environment. This marina is an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful islands of the lagoon or for indulging in a relaxing weekend immersed in the historic beauty of Venice.
