The fuel dock offers domestic diesel fuel, SIF diesel fuel, gasoline and rblack water and bilge water collection, with high-pressure pumps up to 500 liters per minute. In addition, regular inspections are carried out to ensure the safety of the boats, while supply columns provide water, electricity, satellite TV, and Internet, with individual consumption metering via transponder.

The marina is equipped with a technologically advanced fire-fighting system, with high-pressure hoses on all docks and piers, and first-aid stations complete with defibrillators and trained personnel. The cleaning of the inner body of water is carried out regularly to keep the marine environment clean.

Marina di Loano is also equipped for yacht maintenance and repair, collaborating with naval designers to customize the interiors and exteriors of boats, and the 'Amico Loano' shipyard offers high-quality services for yachts up to 55 meters.

Marina di Loano prides itself on being an eco-friendly port, as evidenced by the Blue Flag it has been awarded for eight consecutive years. The marina has implemented several technological solutions for sustainability, including E-Bike rental service, electric caddies, and charging stations for electric cars.

For the comfort of boaters, a maximum of 200 meters from each berth are bathrooms with a high level of comfort and privacy. In addition, Marina di Loano offers a wide range of additional services such as parcel pickup and delivery service, external and internal boat washing, and a parking lot of nearly 1,000 spaces close to the dock. Just a few meters from the marina are tennis and padel courts, as well as bicycle and horseback riding trails.
