Description

Petriti is a small village in Petriti Bay on the SE coast of the island of Corfu. Tourists have not discovered the village yet and therefore it is quiet. The surrounding area is green and beaches line the coast. Petriti Harbour is protected by a breakwater. Yachts moor stern-to at the breakwater at a water depth of up to 3 m. It is very shallow in the northern part of the breakwater, local boats moor here. At the town quay boats moor stern-to or alongside at a water depth of up to 2 m. Commercial boats also moor here. Alternatively, boats can anchor in the bay at a water depth of up to 4 m. In the harbour, boats are protected from the prevailing winds. Nevertheless, expect a swell. There are a variety of taverns and shopping amenities in the village.
