The restaurant Gialos is run by a young team and is located right at the sea at the pier of Pollonia.
Achileas, the chef, created many dishes himself. Cold and warm starters like anchovis marinated, different fish carpaccio, pastries and salads. Pasta with different sauces, seafood and meat grilled or out of the oven. The desserts are inspired by French cuisine. Also Gialos offers a nice range of Greek Ouzo as well as Greek white and red wines.
