Psathi is a small town in the SE of the island of Kimolos. The harbour is also very small and offers only few places for small yachts. A ferry calls at the harbour. Yachts moor stern-to in the harbour, behind the ferry dock, at a water depth of up to 4 m on the northern or souther mole. In some places boats can also moor alongside. It gets shallower quickly at the southern mole. The harbour is not protected from the Meltemi, the safest place in the harbour is between the northern mole and the ferry dock. Boats moor here with shore lines at the stone revetment. It can get dangerous in the harbour when the wind blows from the SO and there is a swell. Alternatively, boats can anchor in the bay. The small harbour is an ideal spot for mooring when the weather is good. A variety of shopping amenities and taverns can be found in the town.
