Guests are very welcome at the YCI. Guest berths are set to 'green' and are allocated by the harbour master. Moorings are often moored alongside the west pier in a packet on piles. From 4 p.m. the guest berths are subject to a fee. The water connections are located in the middle and at the head of jetties 2 and 3, as well as in the middle of jetty 4. The garbage containers are located next to the Opti store, the toilet dump for mobile on-board toilets is right next to it. Access to the sanitary facilities is regulated by codes, which can be obtained from the harbour master.

There is a bakery, restaurants and various shops within walking distance. The Immenstaad adventure park is also within easy walking distance.
