Leider wird die Lage zur Stadt ausgenutzt, Leistung schwach
Es beginnt schon mal damit, dass man bei viel Betrieb keine Antwort auf Funkaufrufe bekommt und trozt Reservation am Hafeneingang sehr lange warten muss.
ACHTUNG: Es werden viel zu kleine Plätze zugewiesen, was bei Wind zu Yachtschäden führen kann. Mooringsleinen gehen senkrecht runter da Plätze viel zu kurz, Mooringsblöcke unterdimensioniert und können beim spannen slippen.
Freihalten von der Mauer wäre bei sehr empfehlenswert aber ist wegen zu kleinen Plätzen kaum möglich. Einfahrt bei Seitenwind schwierig, da Platz zwischen den Yachten nicht einmal eine halbe Schiffslänge beträgt.
Das Personal kümmert es gar nicht, Hauptsache die Kasse klingelt.
Duschen und sanitäre Anlagen sind schmutzig (Schuhe unter der Dusche anbehalten).
Schade, dass die tolle Lage des Hafens so schamlos ausgenützt wird ...
What I liked:
Marina in beautiful settings with awesome views of Peljesac and old town Korcula. Conveniently located (10 min walk to old town).
Gets very busy with charter boats especially on Sunday thru Wednesday in high season. Make sure to book well in advance. Most yachts are refused entry during these days. If lucky, you may find a berth in outer pontoon, which may get quite uncomfortable due to wash from ferries/yacht traffic. A SE current usually flows, to be considered when docking. Not all berths have laid lines in outer pontoon so you might be asked to drop your anchor.
Power (63A 5p, 32A 5p and 3p, 16A 3p) and water available free of charge. Expect voltage drops (down to 200V) at busy times.
LTE reception OK.
Konzum market and Mueller convenience store situated close to the marina.
Countless restaurants in old town as well as fine dining options.
Very small chandler in the marina, although most items need to be ordered.
What I didn't like:
!BEWARE!
Marina administration is trying to squeeze in as much yachts as possible during busy periods and this could result in awkward berth allocation. Make sure to stay onboard and watch out for incoming traffic during the afternoon (usually between 1500 and 1700 -or sometimes even at night) when many of them queue up at the entrance. Some skippers are inexperienced, careless and even reckless. Some of them show up drunk. We witnessed many boats hitting docks or other boats, we ourselves had 3 near misses during our stay. Stay vigilant and never assume that skippers or crew know what they are doing!
Some charter boats will have parties onboard until late night, therefore it could get loud and noisy at times.

Hafen wird derart voll gepackt, dass die Liegepkätze und damit Muringkonfiguration zu kurz und ungeeignet sind (in meinem Fall bei 44ft). Neben mit sollte lt. Anweisung des Marineros ein weiteres Schiff hingelegt werden, der Platz war viel zu eng und es kam zu Schäden. Marinero läuft bei kritischem Anleger bei kräftigem Seitenwind einfach weg.
