Description
Ugljan is a small fishing village and a good starting point to the surrounding bays to swim or snorkel. The harbor is dangerous during wind from north and there is a tide. The inner harbor is occupied by local fishing boats - only sporadically for yachts can find a place along the pier with water depths of about 3 m. Ugljan should be entered from the southeast because of eastern upstream shoal. Soon a marina will be built here. Several restaurants, cafes and shops are on site.
