-watch out for summer squalls from the W and NW
-mind the shallows in front of the south point of the harbour and Vrtlić Point, and shallow water at the base of the harbour

-a passenger catamaran operates out of the harbour, so you must not anchor so as to obstruct its passage to the NE shore of the harbour

Approach

-large new residential area on the NE shore, reaching almost to Gaj Point -Gajac tourist village south of the harbour -harbour light on the pier
