Cres Boatyard Marina

nel is simple and at the entrance of the channel is marked by a green and white lighthouse.

The Cres Boatyard Marina offers approx. 40 berths, all of them with mooringlines, power and water.  From time to time these moorings are blocked by larger vessels or boats which will be repaired. Out of season the places sometimes are reserved for yachts that need to be repaired in the shipyard. It occasionally happens that during summer very loud music is heard from the city well into the night. Of course also the shipyard creats some noice.

The sanitary facilities with showers and toilets are located in the building of the shipyard. Just two toiletts and two showers are a bit tight.

The nearest gas station is just south from the ACI Marina Cres.

Shopping in Cres
In Cres you will find excellent shopping. In addition, close to the shipyard are also two supermarkets, several small shops, bakeries and butchers to be found. The small market on the edge of city center offers fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh fish and the local sage honey and excellent cheese.

Food and Leisure in Cres
In the numerous restaurants, taverns and coffee bars that have settled around the harbor, traditional, local and international dishes are served.

After dinner, have a stroll through the historic old town, which is home to many churches, towers and ancient palaces. A visit to the Museum or in the various galleries is worth it. Around the town of Cres many different sports and leisure facilities are offered. Besides the classical land and water sports, the walkers and cyclists are not forgotten - numerous routes across the island are always at hand.
