Prvić Šepurine

The harbour in Šepurine is small and only has space for a few yachts. The inner harbour basin is quite shallow and nearly completely taken by fishing boats. 2-3 yachts max. can moor alongside only at the quay at a water depth of 1 to 1.8 metres. The bend in the centre makes it extremely difficult for a third yacht to moor. The head of the jetty is deeper with about 2.3-2.7 metres but there is only enough room for one yacht. When the weather is bad it is practically impossible to pass through the narrow harbour entrance. The konoba “Bare” can sometimes reserve a berth in the harbour if the crew then also eats at the konoba. Šepurine is a quiet place off the beaten tourist track. The church of St. Mary of the Assumption towers over the village and its 400 inhabitants, many pretty stone cottages are clustered around the harbour. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket.
