Description

Pretty bay with 5 arms, where you can usually find shelter, depending on the wind. It is only ca. 25 minutes walk to Milna over the hill from here. Swelly after a Tramuntana (NW winds)

Free waves through ferries in right arm

What I liked:

Surrounding is nice. Perfect sundowners!

What I didn't like:

We were adviced to anchor in the right arm which is badly exposed to free waves from ferry traffic. Left arm only for buoy renters. Accessing the Konoba by dinghi is quite far so.

Lučice bay is located at south side of island Brač. We recommend sleep stop with dinner at konoba Barba Luka (see more at mySea Restaurant). Bay is protected from Bura and Tramontana (north-northwest wind). Konoba Barba Luka offers free mooring, homemade wine and fish and meat dishes from grill.

Wir lagen im August in der Bucht. Tagsüber blies es mit ca. 4-5 aus NW. Abends und in der Nacht dann Windstille, jedoch schaukelte die Yacht heftig. Offensichtlich löst die Tramuntana recht starken Schwell in der Bucht aus.
