The marina is equipped with H24 video surveillance, controlled access via dedicated app, electricity and water, walkways provided, mooring and unmooring assistance, paid diver service, reception operating from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. also on weekends, cleaning of the inner water mirror and landing areas, garbage collection, fire and pollution services, emergency response coordinated with the maritime authority, verification and assignment of berths to units in transit, VHF radio assistance (channel 12) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., operation and maintenance of water, electrical, hygienic and mooring services, routine and extraordinary maintenance of port facilities and works, bilge water and sewage suction service within legal limits, and a weather service available. 

Since 2019, iCARE, an 'in house providing' company of the Municipality of Viareggio, has been managing the La Madonnina Tourist Landing and the Ceina and Antonini docks. The marina, with its floating docks along the terminal section of the Burlamacca Canal and the quays, offers moorings both on a periodic subscription basis and for short transits.

Outside the Marina, Viareggio offers not only a harmonious waterfront and enchanting sunsets, but also a rich array of cultural initiatives related to the town's history and tradition, such as the Carnival, the Puccini Festival in the open-air theater of Torre del Lago, and the Viareggio Rèpaci literary prize, organized every summer since 1929.
