Description

Steni Vala looks as though it were built especially for yachties. The small harbour with a few fishing boats is sheltered and has a lovely atmosphere. There are four restaurants as well as two cafés and two small markets. Everything is run by the same family. Glorious views of the bay and the sea. The place is well-known for its fresh and delicious fish, which is, however, also on the expensive side. When mooring you need to watch out for rocks along the mole and if necessary moor bow-to. In the bay there are heavy chains where anchors can get caught. The water is, however, so clear that you can see the seabed. In summer the small harbour gets full quickly. You can obtain water and electricity at the restaurants.
