Piso Livadi is a small town in Marpissa Bay in the east of the island of Paros. Tourists have not discovered this town yet and it is pleasantly quiet. The harbour is approx. 1.5 nautical miles SSW of Marmara Bay. Yachts moor stern-to in the outer section of the western mole at a water depth of up to 5 m. Water is up to 3 m deep inside the harbour, and it gets shallower quickly towards the shore. The jetty in the E of the harbour is reserved for local fishing boats. The harbour is protected from the Meltemi wind, but expect a swell when the Meltemi lasts longer. It can be dangerous to moor in the harbour when the wind blows from the south as it can generate a swell. In high season a ferry runs from the head of the eastern mole, mooring is not allowed here. A variety of restaurants and shopping amenities can be found in the town.
