Marina Funtana is a home port for yacht charter companies and open all year round. It has 180 berths, all with water and power, as well as 40 dry berths. The maximum draught at the outer mole is 4 m, decreasing towards the waterfront, and is only 2.5 m in some places.

The new and modern sanitary facilities with showers and WC are air-conditioned and are located in the main office building. Parking spaces are available along the quay wall in front of the building.

The closest fuel station is located 1.5 nautical miles further south in Vrsar.

Shopping in Funtana
There is a small store and a nautical shop in the marina compound. In town, which is only a few paces away, there is a large supermarket. There you will also find smaller stores, two bakeries, a butcher's shop and a small market with fresh bread, fruit and fish.

Food and leisure in Funtana
The well-known restaurant “Marina” is directly on the harbour. The new and modern marina building also houses a café-bar. In the historic centre you will find good restaurants, pizzerias and konobas (Istrian tavernas). The good fish restaurants are highly recommendable. An ice-cream parlour and various café-bars are ideal for relaxing.

Tourist attractions in Funtana include the Parish Church of St. Bernhard, the freshwater springs, which the town owes its name to, as well as the castle.

There are several wonderful swimming bays along the coast, often located right in front of shady pine trees. The camping sites in the area surrounding the marina offer various sports activities such as tennis, minigolf, bicycle hire as well as water sports such as diving, jet skiing and water-skiing. There are a number of beautiful bicycle and hiking trails along the coast and through the back country.

The dinosaur theme park for children opened in 2012 in Funtana.
