Our cooking classes begin every day with a meeting at 8:30 am in cafe bar Galion (Radovan square) in Trogir where we discuss the menu over coffe and home made pastries. Afterwards, we visit local food market and fish market where we buy fresh Adriatic fish and vegetable from local farmers. Ivana Oresic is dedicated to sharing with you traditional Dalmatian home-cooking techniques and recipes. Our totally informal cooking courses are run in English.
