Description

wide bay with a highly indented NE shore and a bare SW shore; the bur and jugo blow hard but do not cause swelling the only shelter from the tramontana is below Kaštelin Point, in the inner section of the bay, by the EN shore

watch out for the many shallows and rocks between Kaštelin Point and the little island of Maman (NE shore);
the last 500 m of the bay are very shallow;
it is dangerous here during the tramontana
