In the Monastir Bay on the island of Šćedro is the Konoba Mostir, which is operated by the two brothers Pavo and Filip. The brothers live year-round in the well-kept stone houses and operate a sustainable, ecologically oriented agriculture.
This is why only local ingredients are served: fresh fish and vegetables from the own garden. Also the wine is selfmade.
For the guests of the Konoba Mostir are a few buoys available, but they are almost always occupied. The buoys can now also be reserved via mySea.

Handful of modern buoys laid in the sheltered inlet with shorelines which you can pick up from a tender. It's deep and safe and we were greeted by the chef who took our order for later at the open plan restaurant. Reservation required through MySea and they put a reserved pole on the buoy to mark it for us. Arrive by 1630. Ignore the comment about the buoys being removed, they were definitely here September 2018.
