Punat

The port Punat is located in the bay of Puntarska on Krk Island. The development of Punat nautical center of Krk is thanks to the large natural harbor. Not only yacht but wakeboarders have also found a home here. Punat is a tourist center and is quickly crowded particularly in the summer. The city port is still ahead of the Marina and consists of a long wharf that extends almost the entire length of the bay. At water depths between 2 and 3.5 m is "Roman Catholic" docking advised, sometimes even at just under 1m water depth. Individual berths are mainly private. Especially during summer it is very loud, sometimes until late into the night. Restaurants, cafes, lots of shops and a unique ambience can all be found in Punat.
